3.0The property was fairly prompt to refund the damage deposit. I was worried due to previous reviews that it may take a while but they refunded within a week from the check out date and didn’t give me any issues.
− The property was very filthy. Additionally there was no AC (which is understandable). However, the fan provided did not work, and several of the windows did not open, making it impossible to cool the rooms down during the heatwave. I understand if a property doesn’t have AC, I even understand if they don’t provide a fan, but the VERY LEAST I expect is that the windows can be opened to allow for air flow to cool the place down.
Would definitely stay again
10.0We had a late last minute booking and the staff were very helpful and accessible. We were able to gain entrance into the property without any issues. The apartment was very clean and equipped with what we needed for a nights stay and the beds were most comfortable. Ideal location close to the tube, so we were able to get to work easily the next day.

1.0a dirty flat we can't touch anything...no glasses to drink water from...i don't recommend
− If you use the sink in the bathroom, water flows into the garden and into your head….

2.0staff who we spoke to seemed nice and polite
− not the one we booked. whilst we was travelling was told property was unavailable. was put in another property a long way from tube station and as we we’re relying on public transport this made life difficult for us. they did reimburse us for taxis but it was a big inconvenience for time too. the property looked nothing like the photos we were sent and was very well worn. Not worthwhile overall
