− Not enough towels and bedding even though they were aware we were a family of four, mattress on sofa bed very stained, light switch in bathroom very short
Dissapointed
2.0− VERY basic. Only nets up at windows,no proper curtains ( in summer with kids ) House next door looked derelict,rubbish in front garden Very off putting. Didn't feel safe in the area. Only stayed one night out of the two booked. Rels didn't stay in theirs at all after what we reported. No refund from Flexlets for unused nights/ other apartment.
