− The only negative was the lack of air conditioning in the current climate but everything else was spot on

− The 7 pound charge for parking pet day was for the open air car spot for the apartment. This seems a bit rich. Had to chase the owner to get the 150 pound deposit back.

9.0Location directly on the marina in the maritime quarter was stunning. The apartment caters for all eventualities, very well kitted out! Living area very comfortable, beautiful views from balcony. Kitchen very well equipped.
− Singles beds in 2nd room not very comfortable, but double in the main room was great
A lot of walking on the coastline with excellent food at the Marina restaurants

− Although twin beds were reasonably comfy they were very noisy when moving in bed
Perfect for what we needed.
9.0Comfortable apartment, just what we needed for our short stay. Good location near to bars/restaurants and easy to get in/out of Swansea.
− Scratchy towels. No dishwasher.
