The flat came up to expectations. The property was a good half mile from centre and very hilly!
8.0Spacious bedroom and living area. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Adequate linen provided. Parking on property.
− No green bags for recycling could be found. Some noise from upstairs flat.

10.0There’s space to spread out a little, which was welcome after hotels. Very stylishly decorated. We had a lovely time.

10.0The apartment is well-located, spacious & cosy, with a beautiful small garden/patio. Everything we needed was available, and more, like a choice of dvds and stuff to play with for kids. I particularly liked the attention to detail, giving us a nice impression of Lyme Regis simply from looking at the apartment when arriving, e.g. the annotated pictures, books written in Lyme Regis or Lyme Regis writers,... That's a bonus for me.

10.0We had a great stay in this apartment, it was very homely and absolutely spotless with all the facilities we could need. It's a short walk to the seafront and all the pubs, restaurants, etc. it's very handy to have off-street parking available on site too. Very good friendly communication from the owners.
