1.0Everything dirty, all beds are broken, garden so dirty. The sheets weren’t changed to clean one . Absolutely horrible experience . Windows are broken you can’t open them at all … so disappointing

DO NOT BOOK!!!!! AVOID AVOID!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM BOOKING THIS HOUSE
1.0DO NOT BOOK!!!!! AVOID AVOID!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM BOOKING THIS HOUSE AND ANY OTHER PROPERTIES THROUGH THE COMPANY www.luxuriantstays.com. We booked this house and instantly noticed things were missing and a broken kitchen window meant that it couldn't be closed posing a security risk as well as keeping the house constantly cold (freezing nights in Nov 23). We contacted the company straight away but nothing was done. We were in constant contact asking for someone to repair the window but no repair was done. We had to tape the window up with a black bag to help keep the freeze out as temperatures plummeted to below freezing. Then there was the rain water pouring in through the ceiling and the damp and mould in one of the bedrooms 3 days after moving in. Again the landlord did nothing so we had no choice but to vacate the property immediately due to the water and ceiling concerns. This property was totally inhabitable and should have never been rented out. We were refused a refund even though booking.com agreed that we were entitled to it, apparently its down to the landlord and they flatly refused. So we were left completely out of pocket. Booking.com did the best they could but ultimately its the landlords decision. I would not want anyone to go through what we did and to live in the accommodation that we did. They advertise the house as the perfect stay but it was the perfect nightmare. Avoid at all cost, don't waste your money. Luckily it was only adults staying at the property and no one with children. Its a disgrace and the company should be ashamed. No Refund given

− It would have been nice to have some garden furniture to make full use of the lovely outdoor space and couldn’t get parked close to the property but that’s to be expected with this style of accommodation.
