Great location with parking
8.0Property was in a great location for our weekend.
− Communication could be a bit slow and I had to ask for the check in codes on the morning which are usually proactively provided by hosts. Property is just a bit tired compared to the photos (eg broken window).
A very pleasant stay in a nice development
10.0We need to stay in the portsmouth area to watch a boat race as a family of four. This apartment gave us our own space for the weekend with plenty of room.

Enjoyed our stay, apartment was ideal for our needs.
8.0It met our needs of 2 bathrooms and a bed configuration we could choose from.
− En-suite starting to show some wear and tear, and they impose a lot of actions considering you pay a cleaning fee. E.g. had to take own rubbish out, however the bin store has a coded lock which we couldn’t access so had to rely on another resident for for disposal.

− Getting a little tired so needs some updates.Windows need a full replacement as they do not function to the point of danger.Also large stains on carpet and sofa in the lounge.
