− For a short weekend stay the option to pre-order breakfast provisions and beach chairs would both be useful.

6.0Being by the beach with the view is the highlight of this property. Has broadband, which other than when it dropped out, was reliable. Once restarted we had no problem. Lounge is a nice size.
− Whilst it comes with one parking space, it was covered in rubbish and dustbins full beyond belief. Just does not create the best first impression. We had two cars, parking the other was a nightmare as a very high occupancy residential area. There was a noise outside all night long meaning we didn’t get much sleep during the second night. I went out several times but could not find what was causing it, almost sounded like dustbin lids slamming shut every couple of minutes. However it was right outside the main bedroom window. The master bedroom bed is a small double and not that comfortable or stable. Bathroom is small but functional, shower holder was broken. Unfortunately it wasn’t terribly well cleaned, acceptable, but some items such as the bathroom mirror clearly hadn’t been cleaned as there was tooth paste all over it. Tv small and not hung straight, all the bedrooms would benefit from black out blinds, now the daylight hours are extended this is really needed in both bedrooms. Second bedroom acceptable size, nice to have bunk beds to sleep our two children. All in all, location is ok, refurb feels like it has been done on a budget. Main hall is dated, lots of stains on carpets.
