− Very old building, not well maintained , everything falling apart, furniture, wardrobes, sinks etc For the accommodation of our 4 persons group, we paid 3,3k for 4 nights and they didn’t even supply us with water or extra toilet paper, or sugar for the espresso they offered No one came to clean for the period of our stay

− The bed has sunk in like a curve! Need to be upgraded! Had back ache after sleeping! the thermostat was not functioning consistently! There is a bathroom which was too small for adults and no toilet seat cover! The living room couch needs to be clean! What we wanted was comfort bed as the rental is high for air bnb!

10.0Location is excellent, the heating system and facilities are wonderful. I like everything about the property. I also got myself locked out on the roof once and the host got me out instantly even late in evening. The host was amazing, super helpful and kind. I will definitely stay in one of her properties again. Thank you Hannah!
