− Few cobwebs through the house ( I got them before we left) Back garden room for improvement, tidied up better, old toilet door in ruins........didn't spoil our stay but would just make it look and feel even better We loved it and would recommend to anyone

9.0Great location, excellent value and was perfect for our Christmas Bike trip.
− The cooker needed to be turned up quite high for it to really cook but the hob unfortunately was incredibly slow at heating and unfortunately the pan we used didn't have a flat bottom so this further hindered the heating process.

8.0Great location for getting out and about Everything is setup well for a stay with everything you need.
− Bathroom needs a deep clean as ledges and bath surround has engrained dirt. Simple addition of a bath mat, hooks for clothes and towels would make a difference.
