When I booked for 4 PM, they said they were having maintenance issues and couldn't offer anything up to 5 PM, not even an hour's notice. The agency staff is terrible, it's awful. Booking.com should sanction them and close their account so they can't list this property on Booking.com again, or at least make them advertise the camera so guests know. They steal people's money and then monitor them with a camera and record parts of the interior when they open the door. Booking.com should at least let them say there's a camera. I'm going to report Booking.com too. So it means they're in cahoots with them.

− The listing doesn't mention having a camera installed...which is their obligation on Booking.com, violating the guest's privacy. When I noticed they were recording my every move coming and going, I turned off the Wi-Fi. They started telling me to turn it back on, saying the camera was for guest security, hahaha. When I refused, they offered a refund, keeping £160 for one night. A zero-rated host... Booking.com has several comments about this advertiser and does nothing...or are they in cahoots with this shoddy agency recording guests without their consent and not declaring the camera in the listing, and then having every step monitored at the door? If that's not a privacy violation, then what is? I wouldn't go back even if it were the top floor in England. Terrible staff, a zero-rated agency.

This is a scam. The hosts text you the day of check in claiming the property you rented is unavailable and promising an equal quality property across the street. The real property is nothing like the pictures or quality of the listing. It’s dingy, dark, dirty and the linens are cheap, scratchy and torn. It’s completely fraudulent and shocking that Booking hasn’t taken it down yet.

− Everything. It’s is a scam and should be removed and our stay refunded.

Location

− The check-in wasn’t straight forward the staff asked for my id to be sent online via WhatsApp and when I said I wasn’t comfortable with this as it stated on booking.com not to give it out they said I wouldn’t be able to check in if I didn’t then said I needed to pay a £200 deposit to check in which I didn’t see when booking the property, the property was BOILING HOT when we walked in the heating was left on which was incredibly unpleasant considering there’s currently a heatwave. The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub had a stain on it what wasn’t cleaned, the floor boards are INCREDIBLY NOISY with every step you take. The tv didn’t work. When checking out the staff were already starting to call for us to get out before 11am which wasn’t very nice.

Overall ok but not worth the price

− Noise from the restaurants at night was awful. Kitchen items were paltry. Some were unusable.

Location.

− The wait for access to the appartment. Arrived at the location at 4pm as told we could have the keys at this time. We had to wait in the parking area for 2 hrs before we were given the keys. We kept requesting an entry time and was told that there were cleaners in the appartment and this was why we had to wait.
