Quite and convenient apartment but basic standard.
5.0Convenient location, in central Coventry. Despite being in a city environment, the apartment was quiet due to good, double glazing. Parking in a secure underground car park. The property owner was welcoming and responded promptly when contacted. The provision of an extra heater was appreciated.
− Two of the four beds in the apartment were in a poor state. The divan bases had collapsed in the middle and repairs attempted by use of a wooden board in one case and a sheet of glass in the other! The en-suite bathroom would benefit from a complete rehabilitation, as would the balcony decking and furniture. Fire safety equipment should be provided.
