8.0We had a comfortable stay and appreciated the location, close to restaurants and the beach. The room was cosy, but could do with updating. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

1.0− Wur hatten die untere Wohnung mit Zugang vom Parkplatz über eine Terrassentür. Die Wohnung roch nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel. Wenn man die Schränke aufgemacht hat, hat es regelrecht gestunken. Die Fenster waren dreckig, das Rollo am Küchenfenster kaputt und teilweise abgebrochen und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Der Eingang bestand aus einer doppelten Terrassentür, von der sich aber eine nicht mehr öffnen ließ, so dass man nicht vernünftig lüften konnte. Außerdem liefen alle an der Tür vorbei um in den Eingang nach oben zu kommen. Man konnte dann in die komplette Wohnung und auf das Bett gucken. Das Bad war äußerst spärlich eingerichtet. Die Dusche eng und angeschimmelt. Als erstes musste ich den Toilettendeckel reinigen . Das Besteck war ein Sammelsurium, die Griffe der Schneidemesser kaputt. Die Unterkunft ist eine Zumutung und Gelddruckmaschine. Wie kommen hier die guten Bewertungen zustande???? Das kann nicht nur an den paar netten Worten des Vermieters gelegen haben. Der übrigens in der ersten Etage in der Wohnung mit der schönen Terrasse wohnt. Bilder füge ich an.

− Auf den Fotos hat es den Anschein, als hätte man eine eigene Terrasse, das ist aber lediglich der Parkplatz vor der Ferienwohnung. Den Preis fand ich zu hoch.

9.0The host Matt was very welcoming and friendly 🙂 The property was very clean and spacious, and has everything you need. A very comfortable bed and such a nice view from the window and little terrace. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it ☺️
