9.0Lovely apartment. It was in a great location. Easy to walk into the town. Great facilities and very spacious. They had left a folder with instructions and reccomendations for food and activities which was very helpful. We had an issue with the fire alarm battery being low but maintenance came right away and fixed it. It was very good customer service.
− We couldn't figure out how to work the shower in the ensuite( not sure if it was user error) but if we had rang , I'm sure maintenance would have been able to assist. It wasnt an issue as we were able to use the main bathroom.

6.0It was clean, the beds comfy.
− The bedrooms smelled of cigarette smoke.. DISGUSTING. as someone with mobility issues, the ensuite bathroom floor was very slippery, even when dry. As was the shower. I did jot feel safe in there.

8.0Communication was clear, flat in a great location, had everything we needed for our short stay. Good to have parking.
− The house smelled of smoke, particularly in the main bedroom and the bedroom next to the bathroom. The odour didn’t seem embedded, but it lingered until the next day. I can only assumed it was the previous guest or possibly the cleaners, rather than being the standard condition.
