Great stay in the suburbs of London. Close to a mall and playground and transportation.
8.0Flat was just as portrayed. Really close to a shopping mall and an Amazon Locker. Close to a playground, our 4 and 1 year old really enjoyed them plus the flower garden and watching the ducks in the man made pond. We walked to two other nearby playgrounds about 15 minutes away. Close to public transportation.
− It wasn't easy to find the entrance the first time, but that's not necessarily the owner's fault. Perhaps a description rather than just an address would have been helpful. Also, no instructions on how to take out the trash, there were only 1 trash bag for each bin, and the water heater wouldn't work for longer than about 10ish minutes. It's outside the London zones so getting in/out will be more expensive, if that's desired. Windows were a bit hard to open, it was a bit warm but not too bad. It'll be warm and noisy in summer.

Excellent can’t fault it . Read instructions sent by host to ensure a smooth check in. I missed them and made it harder

good clean apartment with excellent facilities in a convenient location. But small beds!
6.0the apartment is in an excellent location for what we needed- we were visiting the Harry Potter studio nearby and it was only a 10 minute drive away. having said that, bookers need to know that the apartment is in a block which is effectively in the middle of a roundabout. that however didn’t spoil the experience given that we were on the 7th floor.
− the beds are small! they are more like large single beds than double. I ended up sleeping on the floor. if you are a couple and don’t mind sleeping in separate beds, it’s fine. if you’re a family of 3 or more, then this could be an issue for you.
