− The place was dirty and in bad condition Had to clean the floor as it was black, cob webs, mould around the bath and bedroom windows. Old used sponge on kitchen sink,no toilet roll

4.0Price was cheaper. Location to job. Information regarding access was good
− Sofa. Bed. Were old and not comfortable. There is mould on curtains. Mould around widows. And in Bath. Bathroom and bedroom spelt damp. I had to clean flat on arrival. I will not return to that flat again
There was no way I could have stayed there, it was like a bad joke, no one would find it acceptable.
1.0Nothing. The property was so horrible that I didn’t stay longer than one hour. I took photos to make sure I got a refund
− The black mould on all the windows, the damp patches on the wall, the mould around the shower, the dirty toilet brush, the stains on the inside of the front door, the black mould in the washing machine drawer, the dirty oven, the bobbles on the duvet, the stained bed cushion, the peeling paint on the balcony railings and the balcony chair, there’s no words - it was a commode, with the bucket bit missing truly epitomising that phrase “taking the piss”

9.0Had a couple of problems but staff sorted them very quickly was cosy & comfortable would stay again
