Terrible - do not stay here

− First was the terrible smell outside from a heap of rubbish in the garden. It's in the garden at the main entrance not at the side entrance but we can still smell it at the door. Second is the broken step at the front which is a hazard. Third, is the cigarette butts and rubbish left on the wall at the entrance and on the floor by the steps. Fourth, the stained carpet
