For us, It was Great.
10.0We have stayed in this accommodation on several occasions, and will continue to in the future. The owners respond to emails in a timely manner. The location is in a quiet part of Skegness and we have always felt safe and relaxed. As the room has a double bed it would only be suitable for singles or couples. Wi Fi seems tricky at first, but is present and has a good signal. Room was warm and kitted out with everything we needed. What can I say, Love the place.
− Can't give any negatives, some of the other places we have stayed in Skegness would be a different response.

− Bathroom toilet seat needs updating …. And Tile grout round washbowl could be whitened…. But maybe I’m just being picky

− Noisy upstairs guests. 2 feral boys running round, screaming upto and after 11pm. My husband had to go and speak to the adults in charge. We could hear their TV conversations and every footstep.
