Very clean and everything you need to cook and wee extras

− WiFi was awful/ we were with our grandchildren and they couldn’t play there iPads as the WiFi wasn’t working , we were out and about during the day and wanted to watch a movie with them at night but the internet didn’t work ,we couldn’t even get normal bbc etc.. on the Saturday one of our neighbours asked how we liked it and we said about the internet issue and they came and reset it for us .we didn’t know the way to reset it and had previously tried since we arrived . We had to do it another time later that night too . It really spoilt our stay Also the play park is so run down and not maintained to a good standard at all .a fence area was broken too which wasn’t safe for the children as they could have fallen down a hill and hurt themselves Also the family bar/and food place wasn’t family friendly at all ,staff member wasn’t really friendly or helpful and they said they had entertainment ,singers or quizzes on and we went along and there wasn’t anything for families at all . The surrounding area is lovely for nature but it’s not a great family holiday home to go to with children at all We got instructions to get the key of the caravan at the gate which we took to be the gate as we arrived into the park /it was not explained the best .we weren’t sure were to get the key as we couldn’t see anywhere to get it at the entrance gate .we drove in and asked for help but reception was closed so we asked locals there . This was Abit stressful with 2 children and one grandchild is ASN and very tired after the journey /we drove round the park looking for number 26 and eventually found it but couldn’t see the keypad . It’s tucked very out of sight and we contacted the person who sent all the information to us on our booking . We emailed 3 times for help and no replies .we eventually seen the keypad behind the fence bit opposite the gate .i so wish that this was explained more clearly

We had a lovely two night stay here. Everything exceeded my expectations, the place was immaculate and had everything we needed for a great stay!

The accommodation was amazing, super clean and comfortable. Loads of little extras really made it exceptional. Kids loved the all the toys and games. The location was unbelievable, so peaceful with some amazing views lots of space for kids to rum around equally good for adults to just sit and chill.

The caravan was very nice and comfy. There is a very fancy and hot shower. Great after hiking 😅. Whole caravan smelled very fresh. We loved the surroundings and all the bunnies and wild birds running around. It's great that place is pet friendly and our dog loved the space. He even made friends with rabbits 😅 Hosts are very flexible with the time of arrival and the communication was very smooth. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and everyone who wants to escape.

Lovely and homely place to stay. Great for the kids and an extra bonus that it was dog friendly for the fur babies.

− The only issue we had was the hoover didn't work well to tidy up on check out.
