8.0The location was great close to a park and a tube station. The apartment was spacious with all amenities.

− Unfortunately the TV wasn’t working but the company came out the same day to fix it. They couldn’t fix it but got us Netflix to watch which was perfectly fine.
Nice area, and nice apartment but with some maintenance to be done and some supply to be renewed.
7.0The area is really nice. The apartment is closed to the tube station, a park, shops and restaurants. We had a sort of emergency due to lack of attention by the apartment managers but the host rapidly showed up to solve the problem. Appliances all working very well (only the fridge could be better).
− The bed in the bedroom is a sort of queen bed so not very comfortable for two adults if the are not small size. We found a big stain on the sofa where one person should sleep (no use of sofa cover that can be washed). Even some linens, towels, and pillows were stained. Nearly all windows difficult to open and close because damaged. Venetian blinds were covered of dust. If you have light sleep, the train passing by could be a problem. Dishes and other kitchen stuff very old, ruined and some cracked. Not all lights working, in particular in the leaving room.

10.0Excellent location, 2 mins from tube and highbury fields, great coffee place over the street and lots of restaurants nearby. Flat clean and had everything we needed. Host was super helpful and provided an extra fan during London heatwave at a moments notice
