9.0It was close to visiting family. Good location.
− It’s a bit noisy with guests upstairs because the floors are creaky. Especially as ours were up 4:00am and went out about 7:30am. I think they are out to work.
We enjoyed very much staying at Flat 4, excellent value for money. The propert owner responded to messages promptly and
9.0We stayed in Flat 4 as we were moved last minute from Flat 3 to 4. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are spacious. Overall the facilities are at a good standard and it is a good place to stay as a base to visit various places in the area.

4.0We have stayed here many times and its always exceptional, very clean with all you could need. When you read what I didn't like it won't stop us booking again, it was beyond your control
− The people staying above us were very loud and banging around, the floorboards creak so you can hear every step they made. It kept my grandchildren awake and made the stay miserable this time. I know you can not do anything regarding this but I just wanted to let you know.

10.0Great stay at Wood Yard Cottages visiting family nearby. Place was warm, comfortable and convenient. Was just the two of us but would be perfect for a family. Decent kitchen and good shower and a very useable living room space. Will book again.
