Excellent customer service when things went unpredictably wrong.
8.0Had booked Patton Place, for my third stay there,, but due to a maintenance issue was unable to stay in the apartment. Lovely host let me know as soon as they knew (I was enroute) and redirected me to an alternative apartment. This was lovely, with certainly equivalent if not slightly better accommodation. Host checked that I was happy there after I'd arrived and stayed intouch to make sure no issues throughout visit. Couldn't have been more helpful. You always find out how good customer service is if something goes wrong, in this case it was exceptional.
− Only issue was replacement apartment was further away from where I'd have been. This really didn't impact in any significant way.

− Although surrounding environment is good but deposit refund is very poor ( very slow). Never keep promise to return deposit within 10 days. No matter n-times you push, late response and no follow. It is a nightmare if you choose it.

8.0Great location, easy to find. Good travel links for days out. Comfortable facilites, quiet location, despite close proximity to rail line, and generally very clean. Bed comfortable, additional pillows if required. Good quality towels. Much better arrangement of bedroom since last visit, though disappointing 2nd bedside light did not have a light bulb. Good off road parking area, with plenty of space. If you are spending time in the flat, there is a huge full access TV. Kettle, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery etc. Living room good size with sofa and two bean bags plus work desk and chair. Plenty of sockets for recharging things. Kitchen also good size with table for four. Bathroom functional size.
− Did have issue with light bulb missing in central hall location, as well as bedside light, and light bulb near front door very dim/failing. Reported to host, who was arranging to send in maintenance to resolve, but as I was not spending much time in property I advised it was not urgent. However this is something that should have been checked prior to arrival. A few 'showing age' things such as marks on carpet under edge of sofa and on walls.
