− Place smelt of cigarettes when we arrived, dirty balcony with bird poo on the floor. Clothes hanger was broken and washing machine wasn’t spinning when cleaning and draining, leaving clothes wet when washed. When we informed the property management that we was unable to wash our clothes, we was told that a part was broken and would send someone to come check it but never sent anyone after trying to contact them 2 times. WiFi stopped working for the last 5 days of the stay.
