− Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa. L’appartamento era sporco, con ragnatele, ditate sullo specchio, una saponetta usata in bagno ed altro. Nonostante avessi prenotato proprio per la presenza del divano letto, non ci sono state fornite le relative lenzuola. Ci è stato dato solo un asciugamano a testa. Per questi motivi non ho potuto soggiornare nell’appartamento, ma non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso né è stata trovata una soluzione al problema. Sconsiglio fortemente questa struttura.

Excellent location, but the unbearable bedroom, useless blinds and long-standing shower problem ruin
4.0The location near Broadway Market was excellent and convenient for getting around London. There were plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.
− The bedroom felt like a sauna, yet the shoddy blinds had large gaps and let in so much light that I was woken up early. The shower had terrible water pressure, and after reading older reviews, I discovered that this has apparently been a known issue for years but still hasn’t been resolved. Considering the price, the apartment was extremely disappointing and poor value for money
