10.0We had not received the code from Booking.com to open the key box. I contacted the owner and she responded immediately. Outstanding communication that was much appreciated

7.0The view from the room is spectacular, ideal location in the old town, the bed was big and comfy.
− We stayed for 3 nights with no maid service, No offer of fresh towels. The room was very hot, only 2 of the windows opened, a fan or air-con unit would help.
Over priced for what it is.

− Nylon sheets. No fridge. No staff to greet us or say goodbye. No breakfast. No free drink.
