10.0Everything about the apartment. Very clean and comfortable, with lots of facilities. Beautiful furnishings and situated in a very quiet location. Street parking right outside. Supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Town centre around an 8 minute walk.
− Although okay for me, the stairs could be a little steep for anyone with mobility issues. However, the host does point this out at the time of booking.

− Only negative is that we had hoped to be nearer centre town but wasn't too long a walk and situated in a residential area but neighbourhood seemed very nice. People in Peebles were lovely

2.0This property had the description 1 twin bed......the word twin means two. There was in fact one single bed, 1 sofa bed, and one double. We were two couples which meant someone had to sleep in the living room. Please remove twin from the prescription. It would be good to have seating for four....one two seater sofa and one chair. I don't think you can count stools as comfortable chairs!

− It was a brisk 15 minutes walk to the centre of Peebles which is fine if it’s dry. Maybe supply local taxi telephone numbers.
