Great location, but in need of a bit of tlc

− No tea towels in kitchen, no duvet cover or sheet for sofa bed. Peeling paint on radiator. Toilet did not flush properly. As we left, I checked under the sofa bed to see if we left anything and it was really dirty underneath. Corridor smelt of cigarettes.
