− The mouldy bathroom. no table in one of the bedrooms crockery dirty had to wash before use the tea bags in the cannister were mouldy clearly no one had checked any of the kitchen cupboards. there was no toilet brush, no hand towels. None of the windows opened and shut properly. the window in the main bedroom kept getting stuck and was difficult to take the latch off of. we were given the wrong code for the key box initially.

− House needed few repairs ,floor in kitchen missing slat,have to pay 250 deposit in case of damages,witch is more than stay had cost us ,and have to wait 5\7 days in getting it back , only down fall ,but pleasant stay and would book again

− This property is an absolute disgrace - do not believe the positive reviews !! The place is filthy, mouldy and in disrepair, every item of cutlery,crockery, pots and pans (a real mismatch of items) were dirty Mould heaven around bathroom accessories and ceiling - plus go on and on but a few photos will give you an idea Yes, I did raise our issues with admin and was offered a 10% discount on my next stay, like I would stay at any of Kelpies again My booking was not exactly cheap and definitely not value for money - do yourself a favour and spend a bit more for a lot more !!!
