A very enjoyable stay
9.0Position of apartment was great.
− Some problems with locking the front door, but this was explained to us when we queried it. A few clear instructions for using the cooker, coffee machine etc would be good.
A great place to stay in Eastbourne
9.0Excellent location, easy walk to pier, restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. Nice area of town. Clean, modern design, plenty of space, lots of windows made for nice cross breeze. Off street parking. High end appliances. Owner is friendly, responsive, and thoughtfully left us snacks, coffee, tea, and prosecco. Great place, would stay there again!
− Front door was tricky to lock/unlock. Could use a new lock and better handle placement. Five people in our group, so we tended to run out of hot water in the evening. Owner promptly turned water heater back on open request, so it all worked out. Three ovens but no microwave. In all, these weren't major issues.

9.0Lovely apartment and outside terrace. Good to have parking. Excellent water pressure for showers and lovely bath. Good kitchen, crockery etc. Spacious and clean and great location for town and beach. The highlight was the fridge/ freezer/ice machine!!
− Minor issues-The doors slammed even with the door wedges and creaky floor in the ensuite.

10.0It's proximity to everything, didn't have to take the car out. Accommodation was superb. Loved the shutters, decor sunny balcony and parking.
− Didn't have a microwave, couldn't turn heating down.
