very enjoyable
8.0− not enough lights in the lounge (we had to take one from the bedroom) The heating thermostat NEST did not work. We rang concierge and they quickly gave us a get around, so not a problem there is no cup that will fit in the coffee maker. we used our Thermosflask cup The fridge was set to 2deg and overnight our packet of Rocket leaves became frozen and ruined. The fridge should be set to 4 degrees

9.0It is a really smart property in a great location and Sarah was very prompt in changing us from the penthouse suite to the lodge which we were very grateful for.
− There were dead flies all over the window sill in the main bathroom.

− The outside seating area . All the cushions were wet. Looked like they hadn't been brought in at any point when it rained. Our room didn't have a wardrobe or a mirror.
