− had a visit every day moving furniture in and out, I dont understand why this was not done after we left. There was wood left on the stairway on the last evening that was very dangerous and still there when we left at 05.30.

3.0− Solicitamos el alojamiento porque indicaba que era para 5 personas pero no tenía camas para 5. El sofá cama donde tenían que dormir 2 personas era muy incómoda. El apartamento está en una intersección y por la noche es imposible dormir por el ruido.

− Al nostro arrivo scopriamo che in una stanza era rotta la tenda antincendio e non si poteva aprire la finestra, privandoci di luce e del cambio di aria. Sempre al nostro arrivo scopriamo che l’ascensore era rotto. Ci hanno detto che a breve lo avrebbero riparato ma non si è mosso nulla. Avremmo gradito sapere in anticipo (anche solo prima fi entrare) di tutti i dischiudi, di cui la tenda ci hanno detto essere un problema causato dall’ospite precedente.

10.0Perfect location, spacious apartment for a family of five. Even on particularly hot days in July, with midday temperatures exceeding 30°,we hardly noticed the heat in the apartment. The windows that opened and let the evening breeze in made all the difference.
− Minor disturbance, but blackout shades or curtains would be appreciated. The existing vertical louvers offered privacy but once the sun rose the light streamed in unhindered.
Bad
1.0− We are a family with three children, including a two-year-old, and unfortunately, the conditions in the apartment were entirely unsuitable for a comfortable stay—so much so that we were forced to vacate after the first night. Upon arrival, we discovered that the penthouse was extremely hot and lacked air conditioning. Only three small fans were provided, which were wholly inadequate for the space. Furthermore, there were no blackout curtains installed in the bedrooms. As a result, the rooms were flooded with light well into the night and from very early in the morning. The combination of oppressive heat and bright light made it nearly impossible for our children to sleep, causing us all to endure a truly miserable experience.
