− This place needs to be completely renovated so dirty and cold they claim it to be luxury nothing luxurious about it hot tub which was why I picked this place as a Christmas treat for my girlfriend was disgustingly dirty water stank was slimy inside clearly never been cleaned scum started to form with the bubbles so the one thing they charge for and it’s filthy on arrival the heating was so low it was warmer outside than inside after we finally managed to get it on wasn’t to bad but the bathroom is disgustingly dirty and smells of damp shower overflows and soaks the floor dirty rusty mirror sink you can get one hand in and burn bed had hair in it obviously previous person all in all place was filthy we had to go get cleaning products and clean it ourselves then not use the hot tub as was horrible such a shame will be looking into how I get a refund as they are charging 150 a night for luxury I would’ve preferred to stay in a hostel I bet would’ve been cleaner needs knocked down and investment put into it after reading the reviews this has been an ongoing problem for over three years how they are still in business beggars belief

Property is very 'tired' and that is quite polite!! I felt I wasn't able to take a shower here and I found 2 long hairs in 2 separate areas in the 'wet room' area. Floor was coming away from the walls and the toilet moved when you sat on it.

− As above, it was very overpriced for what it is!! I don't EVER leave reviews but for £150 per night!! We booked this as it included the hot tub but believe me you can get much better for less money. Sorry!! But you need to spend money on refurbishing this facility!!

Locatie was goed

− We wisten dat het klein zou zijn, maar het bed was echt heel klein. Wij pasten er qua lengte niet in en de breedte was heel erg knus. De hottub is leuk, maar het water was niet schoon. De badkamer is heel erg koud, geen verwarming en blijft daardoor ook continue nat, alle muren en je handdoeken zijn vochtig. Er is geen magnetron, wel een airfryer. Er is 0 ruimte om je tas neer te zetten. De borden/bestek was niet schoon, maar stond wel in de kast

− Needs maintenance and needs some work on presentation, could be cleaned up a bit more outside Inside was dirty Hot tub was great but the water smelt bad

Ubicación buena y, aunque parezca pequeño, está muy bien aprovechado el espacio. Tiene de todo, tanto en cocina como cosas que necesites. El jacuzzi un plus añadido!

− El suelo del lavabo y su pica necesitan un cambio, se ve bastante viejo y desgastado. No traga bien el agua. Nos encontramos los cubiertos muy sucios y tuvimos que lavarlos antes de usarlos, quizá habría que vigilar la limpieza antes de un check-in.
