8.0It has a good location and the bed is extremely comfortable.
− Unfortunately, we found a cockroach in the kitchen. Also, the hair dryer didn't work; I wanted to use it the afternoon before we left, so there was no point in asking for a replacement. I hadn't brought my own because the description stated there was one (there was actually another one, but it had an American plug, so I couldn't use that either). Finally, the bathroom exhaust fan was much noisier than usual; it likely needs cleaning or replacing.

7.0608 The apartment more or less met expectations. The air conditioning worked very well, which came in handy considering the location just under the roof. If you are traveling as a couple and will only sleep in the bedroom, it will probably not be a problem, there is a window to the courtyard, where it is quite quiet. However, if you also need to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed, there are windows to a very busy street and earplugs are a must. It would be nice to have a capsule coffee machine and a few capsules in the kitchenette for people who only stay one or two nights. The bathroom is very cramped and the fan is really noisy, but fortunately you can turn it off with a switch in the hallway ;-).
− A little work needs to be done on the bathroom, a small capsule coffee machine could be added to the kitchen, but overall the price/performance/location ratio is OK.
