9.0Excellent location, just steps from the Loch Ness, also impressive building with huge outside field. The apartment was fully equipped with all the needed to stay even permanently. All facilities were explained in detail in manuals provided. Also many facilities such as sauna, indoor pool, tennis court, billiard room and many more.
− The heating and hot water system which was operated via the boiler was not working properly, most probably had a malfunction. We reported it the second day to the lady that checked us in by SMS and she told us to read the manual... This did not help as we did exactly as said.

− Only complaint was that swimming towels should have either been provided or advised to bring your own and not charged for. The steam room at the pool wasn’t working on 1 of the days.
