4.0Location very central allocated parking easy to locate
− Everything looks very old The sofa and chairs have obviously been there a long time as the plastic cover is peeling off. Screws sticking out of the carpet edging have sharp edges which you can feel under foot. Maybe check inventory as not a bottle opener to be found IE cork screw various utensils broken when we went to use them. And for a sleeps 6 definitely need another bigger sauce pan. Was a struggle to cook for larger family group.

6.0In 3 Min. am Hafen, die Lage ist top. Fußläufig sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte erreichbar. Bushaltestelle zu den Blackpool Sands ebenfalls in der Nähe. Küche gut ausgestattet, sogar Backofen ist vorhanden.
− Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Boden knarrt. Die Möwen sind - wenn mans nicht gewohnt ist - unglaublich laut. Wohnung liegt den ganzen Tag in der Sonne und heizt sich dadurch sehr auf. Keine Klimaanlage, kein Ventilator.

− The property is in desperate need of a refurb as it hasn’t changed much since our last stay 3 years ago. This is evident by the worn out and uncomfortable furniture, peeling lino, curtains hanging off rails, blinds falling apart, crudely placed screws on carpet treads, broken hooks, broken lamps, etc. Additionally, I sent a message to the property more than a week before our stay regarding availability of fans for the heatwave and received no reply even after prompting
