6.0− Upon arrival we found the upstairs bedroom bed to be a mess. The bed wasn’t made and the pillows on the ground with no pillow cases on them. Very disappointing to turn up for an over night stay and have to dress and make the bed yourself!

4.0Beautiful property and good location.
− Had to cut stay short due to severe nighttime disruptions. The Stone House is structurally beautiful and in a fantastic location. However, our stay was unfortunately cut short. While our first two nights were okay, our 2-year-old son was uncharacteristically unsettled in the basement bedroom and repeatedly spoke of a "dark man" in the room. On our third night (Wednesday), the situation escalated dramatically. Around midnight, we were woken by two massive, unexplained crashing sounds. Simultaneously, the lights turned themselves on, the television switched on twice automatically, and our baby monitor began severely flickering. Due to the extreme electrical disruptions and the distress it caused our toddler, we felt highly uneasy and made the decision to pack up and vacate the property at midnight. We chose not to stay the final night for the comfort and peace of mind of our family.

− Minor issues with the shower which stopped working but there were immediate efforts to sort it.

9.0Great location, good communication, comfortable beds, overall a very enjoyable stay.
− A microwave would be a useful addition. the kitchen equipment could do with a few extra bits ( bread knife, cheese grater and maybe another pan or 2), also some instructions on how to work the oven and kitchen extractor would be helpful.
Highly recommend - great location and so peaceful . Easy to access, fabulous space to stay in, hope to return
