10.0Das Apartment war groß und wunderschön. Aufgefundene Schäden wurden unverzüglich repariert. Sauber und großzügig ausgestattet. Perfekte Lage. Weiter so und gern immer wieder.
− Die Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon war tagsüber im Wohnzimmer akustisch sehr deutlich zu hören.

− Llegamos para 5 noches y la primera en el sofá cama no podíamos dormir por el dolor de espalda porque era una tabla, pero hablamos con Sarah y la segunda noche nos cambió el sofá cama a uno nuevo a estrenar, súper cómodo. Al principio fue mal pero lo solucionaron enseguida y súper bien. La ducha poca presión

− Het appartement was wat verouderd. Meubels beschadigd en de keuken was niet helemaal netjes. En de tv werkte niet helemaal goed. Maar dit is met een dag verholpen door het verhuurbedrijf

6.0Great location in the heart of London
− There is hot inside in apartment. No AC. There is also problem with window opening : street side is very loud until 2-3 oclock in the night. On backkyard side there is big ventilation system from restaurant which is extremely loud also and is running like 20 hours a day . Apartment is offering 4 place to sleep but there is one regular bed only and one sofa which is extremly uncomfortable. There is also problem with heating water system. There are 2 options for water : very cold or very hot. No possibility to adjust it properly. So all together there is no comfort in this flat at all

After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email 3 days before arrival. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. Please be advised that bed linen is provided per bed and not per person. Any additional linen will need to be requested in advance, is subject to availability and additional cost. While we provide a very good and reliable internet service, we do not provide compensation should the WiFi signal drop out from time to time or if a third party should sever the line. We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible. As the apartment is in central London, some street noise may be heard when inside the apartment. This is unavoidable with construction sites close by. We will report any construction activity outside reasonable hours to the council. We do not supply 3 pin adapters. Please bring your own to the property. We are unable to inspect empty boxes and bags left in the property for mislaid items and cannot be held responsible for any losses.
Twice a year, the restaurant on the ground floor, need access to clean their ventilation equipment, which is located outside, at the rear of the property. They attend, accompanied by the manager and only need access for a couple of hours. They walk straight through the apartment and only ever enter again when they leave. We provide the door codes so guests do not need to stay in for their visit. If this happens for your visit, just mention the complimentary lunch! This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
A deposit may be required at the property.
