Nice location but apartment could be better

− Not the cleanest and the apartment is looking worn. Biggest thing was no privacy glass on the bathroom window the kids did not want to get showered. A little disappointed would of expected more the for the price

− No tea or coffee. No shower soap or shampoo. No staff. The place was completely deserted and coffee shop did not open when it said it was open online. Expensive for what it offered.

7.0The facilities were adequate.
− We were woken three times in the night by loud banging noises, which sounded like problems with the heating system. Unfortunately when we stripped the beds, hairs were found on the mattress cover on the double bed. There was only tea in the cupboard. It would have been nice to have a few other essentials such as coffee, sugar and milk.
