Large space and bathroom was good.

− Fabric of the building was poor particularly mouldy windows and bedroom wall mouldy. Edges of carpet were grubby. We left after one day as very disappointed with the town. 9.7 rating was misleading.

Great stay inna great apartment

The apartment was well suited to a family of four. It had everything required (washing machine, iron, dishwasher, TVs etc). Great location for pubs and restaurants/takeaways in Coleford and a great base to explore the Forrest of Dean. Host even deliver some bread, milk and butter.

Coleford - perfect location

8 St John's is a convenient base for family of 4. Lovely welcome pack on arrival including jam, butter and cereal. Coleford is a great location for access to attractions across the Forest of Dean area. The small town has many award winning independent shops including a butcher, bakery and green grocer. There is also a great co-op and small cinema.

− 8 St John's is a convenient base and suited our week well. Minor improvements to tired furniture and fittings would increase score to an 8 easily.

Property was bright, clean and spacious with all the essentials we needed. Added touches such as fresh milk, bread and butter already being there helped too for that all important coffee when you first arrive and need to scope the area out. Also.supplied plenty of towels. Good location for various areas we planned to visit.

− The garage behind started work early so some mornings you are woken by power tools around 730 onwards but that is nothing against the property, we are just not early risers.
