Overall, excellent place to stay.
9.0− Had to phone to get info on keys. No info on where to leave keys when leaving which created a problem. Tried to put back in keysafe but could not. Phoned contact no, left message, no response. Left keys in flat. Gather cleaners could nor gain entery. Phoned again to explain what happened and to say I had left a message.
