Everything we needed as a comfortable base for our Cotswold break.

− The approach road is unmade with severe potholes. I am disabled with a wheelchair and could not negotiate it.
A perfect small, family retreat
10.0This is a tranquil little barn conversion in the sleepy village of Upper Rissington. The host was amazing in terms of communication and sent really helpful and easy to absorb directions, updates on local places for meals etc. The barn is thoughtfully decorated and furnished and has everything you need including hair dryer, lovely large towels, all the basic kitchen utensils you need. We found it as a comfortable "second home" With two decent bathrooms offering a bath in one and a walk in shower in the other and all rooms are on the ground floor, it's perfect for those with reduced mobility too. Parking was great with an option to pay for car charging too. If we had stayed for longer, we would definitely have taken that option up. If you want a bolt hole in a peaceful place to visit the Cotswold don't look any further! Thank you Vicky for creating a charming haven in a very hectic world!!
− We had no issues at all during our stay, our only dislike was leaving. We came with our 10yo twins and when they cry about leaving you know it has been an amazing find!
We really loved the Barn. We would recommend it to anyone wishing to explore the Cotswolds.
10.0The property was extremely well located to explore the Cotswolds and surrounds. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Its in a lovely, quiet rural location. Great Views.
Lovely stay in the Cotswolds
10.0The accommodation was lovely and Vicky was an incredible host. She provided us with a list of places you could visit and places to go eat. The accommodation was spacious and had everything you need for a self-catering break. Our dog loved watching the horses going past in the morning. It is a good location to visit many places around the Cotswolds. We will definitely be coming again!

10.0Exactly as described and pictured, good location for easy access to key Cotswold towns and villages. Local co-op was very handy and well stocked. The barn was very clean with all the facilities we needed for our short break. Would highly recommend.
