− Parking a little far and a bit hard to find but reassuring to have a guaranteed space. Didn't need the car while we stayed.

− There was parking which was great, but it 500 metres away so just be aware. However this did not hinder the stay, just having parking in brixham is a big advantage as is it very rare

10.0Location was perfect. Easy access to town and coastal walks. House was very clean and warm. Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen-diner. Host very kindly left us a very nice bottle of prossecco in the fridge...nice touch. Great that we didn't have to worry about taking cleaning products/dishwasher tablets etc. All supplied. Beds were clean and very comfy. We all slept very well. Host had left a welcome card with her details should we need anything. Would highly reccomend!
