Really lovely short break, would do it again.

− It was a lovely apartment but the only downside from our point of view was the stairs, of course you have to accept a top floor apartment will have a number of flights of stairs. It was only because of our age (pensioners) that we found it difficult.

Disappointing and not great value for money, wouldn’t stay again.
3.0The location was good and close to my sister which is what I wanted
− It was five flights of stairs up with no lift which was NOT mentioned anywhere in the description. Difficult to drag luggage upstairs. Kitchen hob not working properly and the cutlery drawer and microwave were dirty. We didn’t have the code for the rubbish store so had to get family to take it home to their bin. Bathroom was mouldy and dirty, bathroom window in a poor state of repair - flaking paint and very dirty.

10.0The location was wonderful. We were in Plymouth to see a play—short walk to theater with the Royal William Yard practically across the street. Parked our car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Excellent communication with very kind host.
