9.0Characterful apartment with all homely comforts and necessities! Lots of attention to detail to ensure a satisfying stay. Great location within easy walking of everything in Uppingham and not far from Rutland Water and other lovely places to visit. We stayed for a wedding weekend and it suited us very well.
− There wasn’t a lot of room at the kitchen table for 5 adults, and the third bedroom is also quite small for an adult but we found it fine for the weekend.
It’s in a great location and if you are going to be out all day and evening then it’s perfect.
7.0The location in Uppingham high street. The host explaining the apartment and where to find everything.
− It’s an old building and there is no sound proofing between the other apartments, so you hear every word from the adjacent apartments, this can be annoying when you want to watch TV.

10.0The hosts were absolutely fantastic. They met us at the property. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Very informative and friendly. The apartment was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very flexible also and met our requirements. I would highly reccommend. The village is beautiful with lots to do. 10.0An ideal central location. Sue and Dave were really helpful and friendly. The small flat could easily cope with 5 adults. Overnight and weekend parking isnt a problem.
− Nothing really. All was good although its not ideal for a very disabled person as has stairs up to the flat.

Kindly note the accommodations is located on the first floor, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
Please note that the owners of this property occupy the ground floor and the 2nd floor of this apartment. The owners have a separate entrance to the property and request that guests refrain from excessive noise levels.
Please note that restricted on-street parking is available outside this apartment for 2 hours from Monday to Saturday. Additional parking is available at the end of the street.
