Careless attitude, last-minute cancellation of the booking.
1.0− The property cancelled booking on the day of arrival, three hours before check-in, and we were left stranded. No compensation for this has ever arrived.

− The stairs inside property are all crooked and dangerous. The terrace was extreme dirty - it's a shame, it would be a nice place to have breakfast
