היה מקום נחמד מאד, ובהחלט שווה את הכסף. ממליץ לבעלי משפחות עם ילדים קטנים.
9.0הדירה מאובזרת יפה, ובגודל טוב. יש מכונת כביסה, שולחן אוכל, ספות, ארונות מטבח, והחדרים נחמדים, גם אם לא גדולים. המיקום, ממש ליד פארק המינרלים של בורג'ומי, ממש הבניין הסמוך. זה מאד נוח למטייל בפארק. אפשר להיכנס לפארק שוב בבוקר מוקדם ולהנות ממנו.
− יש דברים קטנים שאפשר לשפר. הדלת הפונה למרפסת (ולמעשה למעיין, שמרעיש בלילה) לא נסגרה באופן הרמטי, והשענו כסא. כך גם על אחד מארונות המגירה בסלון היה חסר כפתור בצד אחד. לא קריטי, אך משפיע על הניראות.
