10.0Every staff member was so attentive. And so that was really wonderful. I work very hard to keep the property clean. My only suggestion for a major opportunity for improvement would be to make a deal with owner of the travel company with the loud speaker blaring “Sorry sorry sorry, Buena Park, Buena Park!” Blasting on the loud speaker from six in the morning continuously until 6, 7, 8 in the evening. It's not fair to the hotel guests/residents. Would still recommend. Thank you American Mall. ;-)

4.0This place shouldn't be a Hotel. The rooms are ok, I have no issues with the room. However, it's not a safe and conducive place to rest or have a vacation. Very chaotic. I really didn't want to stay there but I got there late and dealt with it, I voiced my concern to the front desk, nobody got back to me. I was told to take it to Expedia. I left early Sunday morning. I need a refund for the 3rd night and 100gh I spent on Bolt transportation since I couldn't move my car
