Tout était parfait. Le lieu est bien placé mais en dehors des foules de touristes. La propreté irréprochable avec une personne au ménage quotidienement et souriante. L'accueil est fantastique. Stélios et sa sœur sont au petit soin pour leurs locataires. Disponible et toujours là pour nous donner de bons tuyaux. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Lo que más me ha gustado del apartamento ha sido la ubicación, situado en un lugar intermedio entre Chania y las playas de Balos, Elafonissi... y las magníficas vistas que ofrece, así como el trato.

− Las camas no eran demasiado cómodas, y encontrámos diversas familias con hijos que utilizaban la piscina temprano, oyéndose bastante el ruido des del interior del apartamento.

Las habitaciones estaban en perfecto estado con unas vistas increíbles, y unas instalaciones aún mejores. Lo que más destacaría sería el trato de los dueños, una familia local que estaba siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier cosas, ya fuera de la propia estancia, como de nuestro viaje en sí, recomendándonos todo tipo de atracciones turísticas de la zona que no aparecían en las guías. Sin duda, si repitiese destino, volvería aquí.

Location, pool and all the family and staff (especially Stelios like a personal holiday planner) very friendly and helpful

− No dish clothes provided and bathroom floor gets soaked when having shower! Like a wet room but needs a shower curtain or squidgy to mop up

The location was nice. Easy parking. It was close to the highway. The building per se is good looking and very quiet, in a neighborhood of small houses and other little hotels. The view from the balcony was amazing, also with the possibility of hanging some laundry to dry.

− The price was around 72€ per night. Not cheap and NOT worthy. The place was dirty. Very dirty. We bought some detergent and cleaned it up. There were spiderwebs everywhere and the bathroom was mouldy. The kitchen was badly equipped, several dishes and small cutlery was missing. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The appliances in the kitchen were older than me and I am 34. The WiFi was NOT EXISTING. It literally never worked. There was no mattress cover in the bedding. The electric sockets behind the bed were impossible to use since they were blocked by the bed frame, which was nailed to the wall!!!! There was not a real table to dine inside, if it was windy, just a small coffee table in front of the uncomfortable sofa. The floor was dirty with crumbs and dust as well. The curtains were not really blinding the sunlight and we were consistently awaken by the dawn. Some staff was coming to tidy up daily but I really didn't understand what they were doing, apart from folding the bedding and moving some stuff around... There was not even some salt to cook, there was just ONE pan. The devil is in the details...
