1.0− ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable. The air conditioner was running, but it did not cool the room at all. The room temperature stayed around 30°C, making it impossible to sleep. We waited for hours, hoping it would start working, but nothing changed. We spent the entire night awake because of the heat. Air conditioning is a basic amenity, not a luxury, and the property failed to provide it. This completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially during the summer. We will be requesting a full refund through Booking.com.
