Perfect family vacation place
10.0Location is perfect for us - beach is close and there is perfect view from both balconies. There is a small town to the right with few stores and restaurants and it's 10-15 min walk on the beach - or 2 min by car. Nea Moudania is maybe 45 by foot or 5 min by car, and it's a big place with lots and lots of restaurants. Beach in front of the house is a free beach, but our host was good enough to let us use the beach accessories. 2 minute walk is the beach bar which was pretty good for us - there is no price for the beds and spot, just order drinks and that was enough. This was perfect for us, as we were looking something that is quite but close to more active locations. Yannis is perfect host - he really made our stay a super pleasant experience! And we are coming back!
