Everything was fantastic. We are a family of five, so the two bedrooms apartment was very comfortable and suitable for our needs. Both adults and kids enjoyed the time we spent in the terrace and the beautiful garden with the fruit trees! The owners Maria and Nikos are adorable! They treated us like family. The location is perfect just a few steps away from the beach and all the cafes and restaurants!

Τα πάντα ήταν εξαιρετικά μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Πολύ καθαροί κ προσεγμένοι χώροι. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πάρα πολύ φιλόξενοι κ πολύ καλοί άνθρωποι. Χαρήκαμε πολύ που τους γνωρίσαμε.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad bij Magnolia Senses in Kini! We zijn er 5 dagen met ons gezin met 2 kinderen geweest. De eigenaren: Marie en Nico, waren supervriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ze reageerden heel snel op berichtjes met onze vragen en lieten ons proeven van lokale specialiteiten. Toen er iets aan de hand was met de airconditioning hebben ze het gelijk opgelost (in de avond!). De accomodatie met een gedeelde tuin ligt naast een minimarket en op korte loopafstand van het strand en de horeca. Kini is een leuke, gezellige badplaats met een mooi zandstrand en ongeveer 10 restaurants. Je kunt op het strand eten terwijl de kinderen in zee spelen. Het was perfect voor ons gezin! De stad Ermoupolis is makkelijk bereikbaar met de bus of taxi. Aanrader!

Outstanding Host & Service | Our host was absolutely wonderful - incredibly accommodating, friendly, and genuinely caring about our stay. When we shared our concerns about space, she immediately offered us access to a second vacant apartment to give us more room and a more comfortable bed. This level of hospitality and problem-solving was exceptional and really made our stay much better. Prime Location | The location is fantastic - so close to Kini Beach with easy access to wonderful restaurants and dining options. You can’t beat the convenience of being steps from the beach and local amenities. Cleanliness & Outdoor Spaces | Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The rooftop deck is beautifully designed with comfortable patio furniture, perfect for outdoor socializing and enjoying the views. The outdoor patio area is also a nice touch.

− Space & Layout Concerns | The two-bedroom apartment is quite compact - essentially two small bedrooms with no communal indoor living space. This can feel very cramped, especially when traveling with a group or children. The kitchen wasn’t clearly shown in the photos of the listing, which is why Ive uploaded photos of it. Indoor Comfort Issues | During Greece’s hot summer months, you really want comfortable indoor spaces to retreat to, but the lack of a proper living area makes this challenging. The outdoor spaces are lovely, but when temperatures soar, some people need good indoor options. Mattress Quality | The beds weren’t the most comfortable - if you have back problems or are particular about mattress quality, this might not be ideal. While many guests seem satisfied (hence the high ratings), those who need more supportive bedding should be aware. Bottom Line | This property works well for certain travelers - those who don’t mind compact spaces, spend most time outdoors, and aren’t particular about mattress comfort. The host’s exceptional service and prime location are definite highlights. However, groups needing more space, families with children, or guests requiring more comfortable sleeping arrangements might want to consider other options. The host’s willingness to accommodate our concerns speaks volumes about her character and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Excellent location, walking distance to bus stop, restaurants, beach. Great relaxing area outside unit and rooftop.

The studio was clean and comfortable. The hostess was lovely, the location is excellent, good wifi.

− Just a small comment is that the studio does not face the lovely garden so, although there is an outside table/chairs, they are on a walkway to the garden and do not have a nice view. a small disappointment. everything else was great
